How do you know you are depressed?
When people ask you why you are crying or sad the answer you give is that you don’t know and it’s completely normal and you would be fine in sometime that is being depressed.
Depression is the worst health problem anyone could ever have. When people meet you they don’t know what you are going through or what’s in your mind. So you have to speak up for people to help you, or visit a doctor if you don’t want to discuss with anyone. I really don’t know what depression is, but I think I’m depressed. But truly I’m not depressed it’s just that I’m down that particular day, and I’m totally fine the next day. If our sadness is persistent that can lead to depression. It is always good to speak out the hard times we have with someone close to us, so that we don’t take any wrong step in our life, escaping from our life is not the solution, we have to fight back.
Depression is not just one day you are upset about something and next day you are fine. It is like a piled up laundry. I speak to so many blogger friends who says they are depressed just because they didn’t get campaign so I want to tell you guys stop getting in the rat race just keep on giving your best shot, what is your will come to you, envying others will not get you anywhere except for sadness. People feel depressed when other bloggers don’t like or comment on their picture, that’s completely fine you also stop liking or commenting rather than feeling bad about it. Whichever part of the world you are and whatever you are doing it is for yourself and not for others. Stop feeling bad when people discuss you that means you are far better than them. And they just can’t reach upto you. Always remember small minds discuss people and great minds discuss business. And yes it takes a lot of courage to discuss your problems to people some people will genuinely try to help others will make it a gossip so choosing the right person to talk is also important. Like I don’t believe in discussing my problems because 99% people are happy that you are down and only 1% would genuinely be with you. It is completely OK to cry, its ok to be weak you are human and not bulletproof object. Cry your heart out and ruin the Mascara rather than trying to pretend you are fine.
Always remember there is someone who cares for you and wants you, never take a wrong step in your life. Let the curve on your face go down rather than just pretending it to be upward.
