Playing video games is something which I don’t believe in encouraging children in young age, however indoor mind game is really not a bad option but sending your child to play outdoors with a ball or cycle is something that encourages them in active play they start making new friends. There is a physical excersize involved which is good at their growing stage as it helps in developing their muscles.
Spending time with other kids will help them socialise better. Both indoor and outdoor have their own pros and cons. Encouraging more on outdoor plays during the evening is a good idea as rest of the day when they are home we can surely come up with mind games for their brain development. And physical development as well is equally important.
Study have shown that kids should be active for 60 minutes every day. It helps them improve their vision as it helps them increase the farsightedness. Vitamin D a very important factor for your stronger bones. Playing outdoors allows kids to observe more, develop perception and makes them street smart and learn beyond those doors. And yes nevertheless it helps boost their immune system by playing in sand and garden.
Do what we did as a child send them out to play. Better option is even you go with them so that’s an advantage for you for your health aspect and you can take care of your kids as so many incidents happen these days.
