Currently whatever be your position in the career a development is always required, as there will be a point where you would be given a team to handle. To achieve this role, it is important to start learning the skills and inculcating it in your daily work. Some people are born leaders, but however one can also develop the skill set to have a position.   1. Have a clear vision

Include your team in the planning sessions of the project rather than doing it all by yourself. Take time to explain so that you have the perfect output required. With a clear vision, you rise from bed knowing where you are going and what your current project is about to be. Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.

  1. Have a capability of saying “NO”

Every good leader has the skill to convince their team mate with a positive attitude. Like even though you are very good to your team when time comes you should know how to tell them a big “NO” with solid points, rather than being worries as to you can’t say a no and the team takes advantage of you and at the end just to be good to them you say a yes for some comp-offs and you are sitting and doing all the work.

  1. Set a good example.

As a leader it is very important for you to set a good example to your team. So, you are wondering how can you set a good example it is very simple great leaders include the entire team and influence each other by their greatest value. Do more of those things that are of greater value to the team and important to achieve as a leader. Resolve the issues today. No one likes a grumpy nagging boss. With a positive and inspiring attitude look at the brighter side of the team’s attitude towards work. People get attracted to you when you have a positive attitude as it makes the environment happy and people around are more willing to trust you. Learn to make yourself better.
